Our future.
A recent newspaper article was published, predicting a gloomy outlook of the future of mankind and its environment in the next century. We, the current generation, ought to have a look into what we can do to improve our chances.
You're probably reading this and at this point, would think "Aw, why do we need to worry? It'll be working itself out.".. That's where you're wrong. It doesn't work itself out. We make our own future.
We do not need a world to worry about wars against here and there and so forth, we need to all come together and collaborate a plan for a green future to ensure the survival of mankind. At this point, we are looking at mankind to eventually become extinct or to abandon homeland and make way for outerspace. We cannot afford the time, nor money to do that now.
Typically, prediction has said that any temperature rise beyond 3 degrees in the next century will result in 60% minimum of our forests to be destroyed, and that a possible mutation may occur in that the plants could evolve and begin emitting CO2. In a society in which we require O2 for respiration, this does not bode well with our future.
Well, we have to think of something, not only for ourselves, but for the future generation. I can't act by myself. We need an idea of what to do.
Of course, should all ideas not come to fruitation, at this point and time, I know who I'd like to be with the most by my side. That of course, may be asked discreetly.
